When you place a VIP AutoRefill order, you have 30 days (or the number of months you ordered) to cancel before the automatic refills of your supplement(s) begin. With VIP AutoRefill, you’ll save 10% on your favorite supplements and lock-in your low price.
How do I sign up?
Being a Qylla’ VIP is simple and easy to do. When you order, just click the VIP AutoRefill tab and select how many bottles you want—and place your order. It’s that easy. If you’re ordering by phone (888-215-5584), request to be placed on our VIP AutoRefill program and our US-based customer service team will add it to your account.
How often will I receive supplements?
With VIP AutoRefill, you’ll never run out of your favorite supplements. When you purchase a supplement through the VIP AutoRefill program, your next shipment will be calculated based on the number of bottles you order. For example, if you order one bottle that contains a 30 day supply, you’ll receive your next shipment in 30 days. If you order 3 bottles and each bottle contains a 30 day supply, you’ll receive your next shipment in 90 days from your previous order. Please note: Our popular Smash-It! meal replacement drink comes in 15 and 30 serving container options—and auto refills are sent every 30 days per container. See individual product labels for “Servings Per Container” information. And, remember, you can pause or cancel future shipments at any time.
